Kramer the Bearded Dragon

I made this portrait of Kramer this morning. Kramer the Bearded Dragon is pretty laid back and he was in full chill mode this morning. I had just uploaded a few pictures from last night and had my camera on the desk so I thought I would practice a little bit with the manual focus on my Fuji X Pro1.

Kramer is the perfect model. Doesn’t move much and that gave me a chance to experiment a little. I was working on getting his eyes sharp with manual focus and I was pretty satisfied with the results.This picture is pretty much unedited except for a small crop and a little bit of sharpening in LR. I’m thinking this one might get printed soon. I have the perfect spot for it.
